PGIM Investments launched the PGIM S&P 500 Max Buffer ETF – July (Ticker: PMJL), which aims to provide investors with returns that match the price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust up to a predetermined upside cap while seeking to maximise the downside protection against the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust’s losses over the one-year target outcome period.
TrueShares ETFs launched the TrueShares ConVex Protect ETF (Ticker: PVEX), which is designed to participate in the growth of US large-cap equities while aiming to cushion against significant market declines. The fund aims to provide a convex return pattern—capturing the potential for strong upside participation while helping to limit losses in downturns. On the upside, the fund aims to offer the potential for capital appreciation that could match or exceed that of the US large cap equity, providing convexity. On the downside, the fund aims to mitigate against a meaningful portion of the risk posed by a decline in US large cap equity markets.
RoundHill Investments launched the Roundhill Humanoid Robotics ETF (Ticker: HUMN), an actively managed fund that invests in the equity securities of Humanoid Robotics Companies (HRC). Humanoid robotics refers to the field of designing and building robots that resemble and function similarly to humans. At each reset, AIOO reestablishes full downside protection.

Horizon Investments launched three ETFs, namely:
The Horizon Core Equity ETF (Ticker: STOX), which employs a flexible approach that combines active management and quantitative models to allocate the Fund’s portfolio among issuers, sectors, and/or factors (such as growth, value, momentum, quality, size, and volatility). Horizon selects securities believed to offer the highest projected return for a given level of risk, using a multi-disciplinary approach that includes economic, quantitative, and fundamental analysis.
The Horizon Managed Risk ETF (Ticker: SFTY) is an actively managed solution that combines two complementary strategies: an Equity Strategy and the proprietary Risk Assist® Strategy, to capture the majority of US large-cap equity market returns while mitigating downside risk through a “Risk Assist®” strategy.
Under the Equity Strategy, the Fund primarily invests in large-cap U.S. equity securities identified through a multi-factor selection model emphasising valuation, momentum, quality, volatility, and sentiment factors. The Risk Assist Strategy systematically adjusts the Fund’s exposure based on real-time volatility signals, reducing equity exposure during periods of elevated market volatility and re-engaging when conditions normalise to participate in market recoveries.
The Horizon Dividend Income ETF (Ticker: DIVN) is an actively managed solution that seeks to achieve its objective primarily by investing in dividend-paying equity securities of U.S. large-capitalisation companies that either have paid a dividend in the prior 12 calendar months or are reasonably likely and that exhibit one or more of the following fundamental characteristics: high profitability and stable earnings, low price variability, low fundamental valuation measures, and positive price trends.
