Scalable Capital launches AI-driven financial knowledge feature

Digital investment platform, Scalable Capital, has launched “Insights”, a feature that is designed to integrate specially adapted artificial intelligence directly into the platform’s user interface.

The firm writes that this makes it the first European broker to embed generative AI for real-time responses to financial and investment queries.

The new “Insights” feature is powered by OpenAI’s models and was developed specifically for private investing. The firm writes that it offers immediate answers to critical financial questions that investors face daily, such as: How will the ECB’s interest rate hikes or rising inflation affect my portfolio? Which technological trends could impact demand for cobalt? How do geopolitical events, such as international trade agreements, correlate with short-term fluctuations in global stock markets?

Investors using the Scalable Broker can enter questions about markets, news, strategies, and how to use the broker directly in the search bar under “Ask Insights”. Answers appear in real time and can refer to further information and securities. To do this, “Insights” draws on numerous sources including the database of justETF, a knowledge portal for ETFs, current financial news from dpa-AFX, as well as Scalable Capital’s own FAQs.

Julius Weller, Vice President Broker at Scalable Capital, says: “With Insights, we are simplifying access to financial knowledge and thus making private investing more accessible overall. Our generative AI model allows us to answer questions in the very place where they arise. This helps both beginners and experienced private investors to make informed decisions and unlock the potential of the capital markets for themselves.”

The firm writes that “Insights” is suitable for all user groups, whether they are taking their first steps in the stock market or looking for detailed product comparisons. For beginners, the tool serves as an easy-to-understand guide to the world of investing and also addresses common questions about using Scalable Broker itself. Experienced investors are able to quickly find specific information and important news, the firm writes, adding that “Insights” does not provide investment recommendations.
